dMail guidance – Local Distribution Lists
We have received enquiries from users reporting that mail sent from a shared resource is not appearing in the sent items when using the Outlook client.
For SOE users this will be resolved when they next launch the client from the Start Menu.
For self-supporting users a patch is now available for download from the Office 365 FAQ page under the heading “Why are the emails I send from a shared mailbox not showing in sent items?”
