We are aware that over the weekend some users experienced issues accessing MyDundee.

This issue has now been resolved and full service was restored at 9.20am. Please contact the Service Desk if you are still experiencing any difficulties with this service.

Service has now been restored. We are continuing to investigate the root cause of this issue.

Resolved-No:40689-Issues accessing PECOS

Access to PECOS live was restored on Friday afternoon.

Our suppliers are aware that there are a number of POs Pending Transmission and will resolve this soon.

The CAPS team are liaising with their suppliers to resolve this issue.

Planned Maintenance:UoD WiFi resilience testing – Tuesday 8 May – 7.30-9.00

Between 7.30 and 9.00 am on Tuesday 8 May our technical staff will be testing the resilience of UoD WiFi.

It is possible that users may not be able to log in to UoD WiFi during this time. This work is essential to prevent any further unscheduled disruptions to the service.

 

No: 40628 Issues connecting to UoD WiFi

Users have been reporting issues with connecting to UoD Wifi. Our technical teams have investigated and have now resolved the issue.

Any users who have experienced issues with UoD Wifi today, and made any changes to their wireless configuration may have to reinstall the setup again to allow connection.  If no such changes have been made, then users should be able to connect to UoD Wifi as normal.

Update: Planned Maintenance-Kirkcaldy Campus Network Connection-Wednesday 2 May

This work was completed as planned and services were restored by 7.10 am.

On Wednesday 2 May at 7am the Kirkcaldy campus will be without network connectivity for a short period. During this period we will migrate the Kirkcaldy network link to an alternative route to enable our suppliers to carry out urgent repair work.
