Our team of Student Ambassadors support the activities of Applicant Experience, Admissions, Student Recruitment and International Engagement. We are responsible for ongoing development of the scheme, as well as recruitment and training of Ambassadors, actioning requests and allocation of work, and administration and payment.
We operate a three-tier scheme with differing responsibilities are levels of engagement. Event Ambassadors are called upon to help with major events such as our annual Open Days and Applicant Days. At key points throughout the year, Event Ambassadors are invited to become part of our Core group, who are offered a variety of work throughout the year including regular campus tours, helping with office-based work, and participating in events such as school visits.
Our Senior Student Ambassadors have a higher level of responsibility and training. They are involved in a variety of work, supporting the Student Recruitment Team, International Engagement Team, and Applicant Experience Team with specific tasks and are required to take on a supervisory role for Open Days, Applicant Days and any other events/activities. They also take an active role in helping to train new ambassadors.
