We’re Here for You – Main Library Now Open 24/7 for Exam Studying

24/7 Opening from Monday 27 November to Sunday 10 December

Exams are upon us, and we want to help students however we can during this demanding period. That’s why we’re excited to announce that our Main Library building is now open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, you can come to the library at any time to study in a peaceful, well-lit environment. We have silent zones as well as open seating areas and study rooms that can be reserved online. Plenty of space to accommodate individual study as well as group sessions.

We also offer:

• Charging stations at every seat
• Free WiFi throughout the building
• On-site security personnel at all times
• Secure entry and exit
• Vending machines throughout the building
• Hot water for making hot drinks and cold water for drinking

Remember to also:

• Take regular breaks
• Stay hydrated – drink plenty of water
• Eat healthy snacks to keep your energy levels up
• Arrange a walking buddy group for going to and from the library at night

We want the library to be a safe haven for students working towards their goals. Take advantage of the extra accessibility 24/7 and let us support you during exams! Just don’t forget to schedule in some sleep too.
