To celebrate ‘International Women’s Day 8^th of March 2024 – DUSA societies recommend… Great women in literature’ in collaboration with the DUSA societies and Parissa Robinson (the Vice President of Student Activities at DUSA) and the Library Services staff, two physical displays can be viewed at the Main Library entrance display cabinets and two scrolling online book jacket displays can be viewed at:  libguides.dundee.ac.uk/recommend/book-display-main-library

The displays include ‘International Women’s Day 8^th of March 2024 – DUSA societies recommend… Great women in literature‘ selections and the second display ‘International Women’s Day 8^th of March 2024′  which includes this years theme campaign “to inspire Inclusion means to celebrate diversity and empowerment on International Women’s Day 2024 and beyond. International Women’s Day (IWD) is a global celebration of the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. Each year, this day serves as a powerful reminder of the progress made towards gender equality and highlights the work that still needs to be done.”
