This week, 16 – 20 October, is Academic Integrity Week at the university, and Wednesday 18th is the International Day of Action for Academic Integrity.

Each year, the International Center for Academic Integrity runs a “day of action“. This year, it’s the International Day of Action for Academic Integrity. (In the past, it’s been called the International Day of Action against Contract Cheating).

This year the theme is Academic Integrity in the age of Artificial Intelligence.

Many of you will have looked at the Welcome: Academic Integrity Organisation in My Dundee. (If you haven’t, it’s good idea to go and have a look – you have to be logged into the University systems for the link above to work.)

We are going to be running activities over the week to help you understand more about Academic Integrity, and to answer any questions you might have.

Staff from Academic Skills and the Library will be running webinars and face-to-face sessions during this week, which staff and students can sign up for via the Library Events calendar https://libcal.dundee.ac.uk/calendar/LibraryEvents.  The events are also being promoted to students via a popup on My Dundee.

Sessions include,
