What do we do?

The Enquiry Centre provides a valuable service to students and staff of the University, the centre offers support and advice covering a variety of areas from university accommodation, ID cards, general wellbeing, international support/visas, money issues, to opening a bank account, registering with a doctor, study support and careers advice.   The staff are there to help students adjust to life at University of Dundee and find their way around our Campus and our City.

Throughout the year the Enquiry Centre hosts workshops such as ‘SafeTALK’ and ‘Enhance your Resilience’.  Events celebrating St Andrews Day, Diwali, Hygge Day and Pop-up Teashops are always very popular as are visits to Botanic Gardens and our free exam week breakfasts.

“The free tea and cake is a lovely thing to do during study leave, the information in the anti-stress pack is genuinely helpful and shows how caring the University is. 10 out of 10 you make students feel genuinely supported.” – Hannah Adams, 3rd-year BSc Pharmacology student
