Dear Stephanie, thank you for making and publishing this video. It is a very helpful contribution on how we as a university can support the black community. I would like to take you up on your offer of a meeting to discuss how I can help. Please drop me an email.

Dear Stephanie, the points that you make are spot on (unconscious bias high-up on the list, mandatory for all staff and students, as this is both a social and a professional issue). I look forward to working with you and colleagues (staff and students) in Science and Engineering to make a step change. Don’t forget our open session on June 18th, 2pm!

Dear Stephanie, thanks for this video and the points very well made. I know that Christina has responded above on what the comms team are working on but rest assured that we will take your points seriously. I am a member of the Executive, too, and David has responded already. Nevertheless I am briefing my External Relations team today as the question of unconscious bias training and your other suggestions have come up, too. I would still be keen to discuss how we can take your ideas forward so if you are happy to please feel free to get in touch and looking forward to meeting with you, too, to discuss further.
