I am going to challenge myself with trying to write a poem or make a satisfactorily substantive addition to a prose or essay piece every (week) day for the semester. I think making myself write is more pertinent than making myself read. I *do* need to read more, but forcing myself just seems…pointless. Reading is for pleasure and to learn from it, forcing myself to read would most likely just make myself miserable. Making myself write, however, is something I’m okay with.
