Tired of playing the Game

This week has been exhausting. Just a load of stuff happening at once. The wind making me anxious and keeping me awake. I’ve not been able to read or write much, because of the amount of time walking into class, scheduling, working on important assignments, it’s been like I said, exhausting.

I’m struggling to think of what else to write about, quips about juggling plates or having too much on said plates are the only things coming to mind.

That’s the annoying thing about stress, it is self-replicating. Stress causes stress which causes more stress, which causes panic attacks which causes more stress, which causes the heart to beat faster, which causes more stress, the breath is shorter, which causes more stress, the brain isn’t working which causes more stress, words are coming out wrong which causes more stress, the tears are leaking which causes more stress, the blood congeals which causes more stress, the head hurts which causes more stress which causes more stress which causes more stress which causes more stress which causes more stress which causes more stress which causes more

stress.

Actually Sam, the last paragraph with its word pile up is very evocative!
